Wanted Hellmuth Card Topper (2 Viewers)

Going through some old boxes, I found this "Professional Poker Player Collector Series" Poker Card Cover.

The box says the series includes: Phil Laak, Daniel Negreanu, Phil Hellmuth, Gus Hansen and Antonio Esfandiari.

I've got Erik Lindgren, but I'd love to complete the set. Anyone have one of these?
