For what it’s worth, SpaceMonkey was nothing but upfront with me. I had every opportunity to back out with pics well beforehand. Minty or not, they’re just what I was looking for—my dad handled their first big forgery case and he’d played Resorts/Taj for years. I’m building a set in his honor, these are the best $1s that will ever come out of Resorts (betting they close in the next 18 months is +EV). I’ll take what I can get...

We have spoke about condition before and have great communication in the past. My guys are there till Saturday like I said so we can return whatever like we always do! Integrity first. I even edited the post to remove the word snd prob won’t use it again. It’s a douche bag word anyways.

You have the right to describe the chips however you like, just as much as they have the right to disagree.

If you repeat the words of a harvester and call chips 'minty' without seeing them, then you are a fool. I'm glad your customer was happy, they may be in excellent condition and may clean up well, but 'minty casino used' is not a grade I've ever heard of.

Regardless, for your lashing out to criticism, congrats on making my ignore list.

Dude I don’t know you but this I know, the chips referenced above are not mint and @WedgeRock is not a poser.
As chippers it is good practice in my opinion to not taint words used to describe what we are here to admire, buy and sell. Anyone can see that your description of these chips was way off. They are still nice chips and it’s cool that you are providing a service at a fair price, I tip my hat to you for that!

I never claimed to be a chip grader (I do know the proper use of synonyms, however). But (I'll say it again) "minty casino used" is not a grade I've ever heard of. Yet you defiantly stand by it.

If you would have simply said, "I haven't seen them but my harvester called them 'mint,' take that for what it's worth," you would have been fine. Instead, you try to defend the condition, which is just ridiculous. At least the buyer was able to see the condition before closing the deal.

Your vitriol does not make this community better.

Bump for more orders. We have all night tonight. Who needs AC casino chips? We always sort and get the best chips possible. Bar none!
