With this breakdown, this set would work great to relabel the T25s into T1000 (think Hustler Casino, which as green $1000 chips!), and have a T-100 base with starting stacks of up to 40k for 20 people, or up to 80k for up to 10 people.

I'm thinking a small, custom, oval shaped-label could be made with a color match to cover up the "25" with a "1000" denom label.

Hmm if you are getting creative, how about a double mill job on a yellow chip and then apply a label to that to match.
Mill an outer recess not as deep as the inner. You might have to do two labels, one for each recess? The outer would be a ring label, lol. But you could maybe do a thin unlaminated.

But only the no hats lets you do this. You may have remnant of hats of if milling.
Or you could buy some no molds from me and have them milled as above.
