Very cool set!!!
Hard to tell from the pic, but are these 39, 43, or 48mm?
I also don’t see a mold, are they no mold Paulson?

With this breakdown, this set would work great to relabel the T25s into T1000 (think Hustler Casino, which as green $1000 chips!), and have a T-100 base with starting stacks of up to 40k for 20 people, or up to 80k for up to 10 people.

I'm thinking a small, custom, oval shaped-label could be made with a color match to cover up the "25" with a "1000" denom label.

I'm not sure which would be more tilting ‐- an obvious denomination re-label, or having green T1000 chips in play.

VERY difficult
Lol, understatement alert. Lammer molds with oversize inlays are nearly impossible for inlay replacements, and very thin over-labels won't look good either (only covering part of the original inlay).

These are great chips as-is. Very similar to the no-longer-offered Gemaco branded GPI clay promotional chips (PCF Tournament, Monaco, etc.) but from a real casino.
