Happy new year!
I resolve to text and message people back right away. It sounds stupid I know, but I've been struggling with anxiety and getting over whelmed for a while now and just the simple act of texting family and friends that I'm lucky to have seems insurmountable sometimes.
It's a small thing, but I think it could lead to bigger steps.

Happy New Year to my fellow members.
For 2023, I have resolved to take it down a notch at work. I had set some lofty revenue goals for 2022 and was able to meet those goals, but the stress and anxiety I experienced in pursuing those goals took a toll.

I’m going to take a shower at least once a day….and try to not want to beat my kids all the time (my imagination has been running wild lately).
I also plan to regularly lube my motorcycle chains…been really bad about that this year.
