Started playing poker seriously 15 years ago, mostly online, but also in home games.
My poker peak came in 2008, won a PokerStars Steps WSOP package and played in a couple of the smaller WSOP events, which was actually my first casino poker experience. Stayed in Vegas the whole week and got hooked on the chips hahaha.
Started getting in to reading about casino chips, and considered getting my own custom set. Then the PNYs came on the market so I bought a 600 chip set of those
Haven't played nearly as much in the last few years (marriage and a kid will have that effect!), but recently played a home tourney in a buddy's tricked out man cave poker room and I've caught the bug again haha.
My handle, ninedeuce, comes from the fact that I have a soft spot for nine-deuce (suited natch) because I've selectively remembered the handful of times it's won me some huge pots ;-)
