Hi everyone. Long-time lurker. I just created a new account to get back into the hobby. I was very active on ChipTalk more than fifteen (15!) years ago, and this site looks like the spiritual successor. I'm enjoy seeing so many great collections here, and look forward to rebuilding my own. In the meantime, I'll try and figure out the messaging system. Thank you for having me.
 
Welcome! I'm not 100% on exactly how the DM works, but, I think it takes a set number of posts before its activated. I bypassed that by becoming a supporter, which gave me immediate access to messaging. I'm thinking it's 10 posts before it becomes available.

You have any chips left? What sets did you used to spread in your games?

Welcome to PCF. I was an avid member on Chiptalk as well. I just returned and came to this forum about 18 months ago. You are going to love it here!!

Thanks, everyone. I sold off a bunch of sets over the years (at least a dozen). The ones I most miss were clay tournament sets: TRK Deadwoods, BCC Suicide King hotstamps and a set of Paulson PNYs. Will try and locate pictures. I wonder if it would be easiest to switch to my old Chiptalk handle since I had uploaded numerous photos under it? I still have my custom ASM cash set, so I'm glad to see that they are still in business (ClassicPokerChips?).
