Back when I was in high school (early 80's), I used to paint album covers on the back of denim jackets. To you young'uns, having a painted jacket back then was the ultimate cool. :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:
I had a request to paint the Blizzard of Ozz cover and it was a challenge...but I felt it came out great, and I was really proud of it. I presented it to the girl in school and she said she would get me the $50 later that day. Well, you know how this ends....I never got paid.
To this day, that cover reminds me of a lesson learned the hard way ...you don't provide final art until the cash is in hand. Thanks Ozzy! :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:

I always wanted a Hendrix jacket but was too expensive. I had to settle for pins & buttons :cry:. I loved the square ones that were like a mini album cover.
