I've seen/paid yup to $2 a chip for miscellaneous hot stamp. Took me a while to gather enough for murder. Starburst might conceivably event cost more, though that would be crazy price to me.

Yes, crazy, but probably realistic in today’s market. If somebody put a rack of starburst arc yellows in excellent+ condition up for auction here, I’d guess they’d go up over $250.
