Weird, that was exactly what I ordered the first time, and it took them almost a month in total to get it to me.

Well got official word from GPI that they will no longer be selling Gemaco products to the public. Was holding out hope that maybe Gemaco wouldn't be treated like their other products but ultimately it is. Classifieds it is.
That’s been pretty well known for a while, but how did you get to talk with GPI?

I've been emailing with their legal counsel since the SD group buy when there was a worry about possible legal issues.
From what I understand it wasn't an official decision until more recently, I'm sure it was expected, but from what he said they were still supplying retailers. Didn't obviously give a date but just said "recently".
Figured it couldn't hurt to ask since I hadn't seen anything official and that places like Kardwell were still selling their products.

Scrub Donkey group buy. There was a worry that the faux mold we were using on the chips was too similar to the Top Hat and Cane mold. So to alleviate those concerns I contacted them directly to verify that we wouldn't have any legal issues.

Well my Gemaco Superflex came in today from Hardwell....wrong index. I called them, they picked right up. They said they had to check the warehouse but that they would get back with me this evening or early tomorrow. So hopefully they make it right.
They sent me the borderless cards instead of the bordered Gemaco's I ordered as well. Not the end of the world, but a little miffed.
Good cards but.... 1. Ugliest face cards grafic 2. Easy to mark them with nail

They answered their phone number on the first try. They seemed pretty receptive to making it right. I've heard so many bad things about their customer service though. I just wonder if its through email that they are lacking usually.

Yeah they really have a poor run business. Poor customer service. Inventory is often off. Orders are wrong etc etc. High shipping costs.
Great cards but indeed a pain to deal with for so many reasons.

Well I was finally able to get the Superflex cards from @MatthewTreeTree . I love these cards. These and the Piatnik cards are easily at the top of my list so far and they're 2 of the harder to find too. I'm anxious to compare them to a few other brands I have coming in.
Still waiting on Kardwell. Started a Paypal complaint and emailed them, but still nothing. It's been almost 2 months since I ordered them, and still not even a shipping notice.

I've contacted them multiple times. They always answer the phone and are always helpful yet here I still wait. Luckily I got what I wanted eventually from another member. My hope is eventually they make things right, they were supposed to send replacement for the cards last week sometime, still nothing though. They didn't want them in replacement so I sold them for almost half what I paid just to help pay for the extra setup I bought. If they do ever show up it will just be a bonus. I'm in that same club....
They may put on a good show over the phone, but their actual customer service performance blows.....
Ordered on July 18.
Got an e-mail on July 26 (on a Sunday - weekend 3rd string bench-warmer crew maybe?) that the cards I ordered were out of stock & they offered me a refund or a couple different options. The kicker here is that I didn't order the decks they said were out of stock, and the decks they offered as one of the options were the exact decks I ordered. Naturally, I replied to the e-mail with that exact information.
August 9th. resent above mentioned e-mail regarding order.
As I write this..... still nothing.
I'm going to end up putting these idiots on my excrement list.

July 26: Get E-mail stating blue was out of stock & offering red as a substitute. Reply to E-mail stating that I ordered red.
August 9: Resend above E-mail & inquire about order status.
