It's weird that they have this flat $10.20 shipping for "Playing Cards up to 2 Dozen" but it didn't work with the Superflexes. I paid quite a bit more in shipping for fewer cards because I had some Superflexes mixed in.

Yea I would've bought more Superflexes in my first order but I'm cheap with shipping. Also made the mistake of ordering those horrendous $3.50 Dal Negro setups.
 
Odd my shipping was $11.95 for all my Superflex decks........ seems random.

Glad to see the 50% off code is still working even though they sold out of the good Superflex cards. :D

How many did you order? I think it was $11.95 for up to 4 Superflex, any additional and it jumped to $16 and change.
 
3 first order, 7 more second order, same shipping charge, I'll go back and double check but I thought it strange st the time as well. Tried to make a third order but they sold out.
 
I put an order in on March 18th and I haven't even got confirmation that it shipped.
So, I finally remembered to call before their closing time today, and the orders I made in February and this one still say pending. Today they tell me all the cards I ordered are out of stock, but the guy remembers walking by some in the warehouse the other day so he sent a note to check on that tomorrow. I had always had such good luck with Kardwell but this is three frustrating orders in a row! And no automated system to email you if something you ordered is not available.
 
Yeah I'm not sold so much on Kardwell new customer service just yet. My last order (3rd out of 3) went pending (meaning they sold out) and they were lax in responding to emails, only phone calls. The inventory system is still a s-show & not automated. But at least they didn't charge me and try to keep my money like before.

Still got a hell of a bargain on those SuperFlex while it lasted.
