Hi, just wondering if anybody out there uses Gassers or similar chairs for regular use at your dining table, living room, or den i.e. not just dedicated for your poker table. Why or why not? Do you dress it up with decorative chair covers?

Not for “regular” use, but we use them often for holiday events and parties when we need a few extra chairs. Given how light weight and comfy they are, they crush any kind of folding chair. No covers or anything fancy, once people are seated they don’t care what they look like, as long as they’re clean.

I just used them today at the dining room table. We just remodeled the kitchen and getting new table and chairs. Threw the old chairs out, and then the new stuff got back ordered. Had a birthday party so brought up the gassers for the table.

No complaints and everyone comfy. But it’s a temp fix. Of course, I have almost 50 of them. I need to offload some.
