Recently got these TRKs and got some input from a few people that have built way more sets that I have. So with that information I'm going to be on the lookout for some chips to add onto this set. I know that there is only 1 rack of 25 cent chips that were made for the card room that these chips have come from. Rusty's Card Room that was located in Ridgecrest, California. Interestingly these chips might have been used at two other card rooms in the same area. The $1s and $5s were ordered early 1969 and the one rack of 25 cent chips were ordered later in that same year. Will I ever find that rack, is it still all together, are there singles out there?? The world may never know, but anything is possible.

I'm looking for 25 cent chips, $20 or $25 & $100 hot stamped TRKs in these amounts.
T.25 x 120
T20 x 100 or T25 x 80
T100 x 10

Preferably in decent shape. I did see lots of different options using ChipGuide Query search and I've listed a majority of them onto my want list on there if anyone has access to it. Anything is welcome and I'm looking forward to making this an even more awesome set!
Show me what you have and hopefully I'll be able to find something soon.

Then if anyone has any suggestions for a breakdown regarding needing barrels or even a rack of let's say fracs please post those below too.
Any information is greatly appreciated! ( Got information regarding this, but I'll leave it here).

I should probably list or post a few chips that I would like.... will do later today.

I know I'm asking quite a bit with these, but imagine how sick it would be to see these in a set. No idea how expensive it would be to find a barrel or two of something below. Miracles can happen. They are out there somewhere, just have to be found...

Recently got two barrels of $10s. What do you guys think though, $10s or $20s would be better for something like this?

As far as I know — unless some PCF members
already own them ——
the following chips are not currently available
by the barrel :
$20 Brookdale Lodge
$20 Casino El Cid
$20 Comanche Club
$20 Cal’s Marina Club
$25 Crow’s Nest
$25 ELM

Think someone has Brookdale that or I’m thinking of another black TRK hotstamp with similar spots

I wish I bought them, I'd be in heaven! Found these on here from a while back.

I looked for those Wilbur’s $5. They are exactly what I need for my set. I can find a suitable $5 for my Pix Club set

All I have right now are these NL Reno’s The $5 has to be heavy leaded since the rest of the chips weigh 11g+

What kind of count are you looking for, for the fracs and the $20?
I guess that is a small problem I'm having. Maybe you or someone would have a suggestion for a breakdown that would work with the $1s and $5s I currently have. I don't play cash and generally the sets that I have we've played a 9-player and once a 2 table tournament for a fun get together night. I'd like to have 3 denoms, possibly 4, that would make this set work along with being unique.

Current breakdown for this set:
$1s x300
$5s x270

So, you want to make it work as potentially an STT T1-based set that denoms up to $100?

If you’d prefer to have a quarter, in case you start playing cash games, you could also create a T.25-base STT that looks roughly like this:

STT T.25-base tourney set

T200 starting stacks (12/12/7/6)
200 big blinds
.50/1 starting blinds

Breakdown:
——————
T.25 x 120
T1 x 120
T5 x 70
T20 x 100 (additional chips are for T.25 color-up and re-buys)
T100 x 10 (only used for T1/T5 color-ups)
—————--
Total count: 420x

Actually, I just realized the count would be 12/12/7/8, for a T210 starting stack. You could go back to 12/12/7/6 for a T200 starting stack, if you used T25s instead of T20s. Which would mean you’d need only 80x T25s.

Great, so ultimately I'd be looking for 4 barrels up to a rack of either $20s/$25s and then some $100s. Then, about a rack and a barrel of .25 centers. Which doesn't or shouldn't seem like that big of a task. Only reason I did want a $20 is that it's different from a $25 and you don't see them too often.

Thank you very much for the help Krish! I really appreciate it.

My pleasure. The T25 works better for tourneys than the T20, for what it’s worth. Gets the total set size down to an even 400, and it’s a really efficient breakdown. If you wanted to aim for 2 tables, just double the amounts.

Sooooooo this is where we are at now. I for some reason I completely forgot I recently got a rack of $25s which will work for this set. Then, @joeyshin hooked it up with the Neros Den 25 centers! Thank you so much Shin, I appreciate it. Now, I'm wondering where I'll be able to find a rack of those fracs... Then, I took at look at some hot stamp $100 options and I truly didn't realize how little of some of this stuff it out there. Hard to realize that there were really only a few states that used TRKs, mainly Nevada and California. The search continues, almost there!

These are some $100 options that I could only imagine finding 10-20 of... (all pictures from ChipGuide)
What I'd really want is a rack of Atlantic City Boardwalk Lounge or Wilbur's or Sal's.. (one can only dream)
