In the pic on eBay, they look pretty narrow, so I'd say bridge. Can't be certain tho. Will report back when I get my package.

Is there a list with the index size / width and the corresponding Fournier number?

Like:
2826 - bridge jumbo
Xxxx - bridge regular
Yyyy - poker jumbo
Etc.
