2x Angel Poker (Green/Brown)

My casino uses these and are fantastic cards • durable and way less warping then Kems

@RagingAZN, @JohnnyR80, and @Geedy, your cards shipped today. I'll get tracking information to you later tonight.

@surfik says I need to try Dal Negro Grand Slam. If you free up any more decks I will take a set up, or even a single deck.

Thanks!
If I decide to part with more Grand Slams, you're second on the list after @HighPlainsDrifter who expressed interest for more first.

How does the feel of these two compare to one another? Do the feel and riffle the exact same way?
They have the same faces (other than the Ace of Spades), but that's pretty much where their similarities end. Angel Poker is acetate, and Casino Angel for Poker is PVC. They are both very flexible cards (as are all Angel cards I've handled), but the Angel Poker is more flexible. The Angel Poker has a more off-white color, while the Casino Angel for Poker is a brighter white. Angel Poker has a barely textured back and a moderately textured face, while the Casino Angel for Poker has a dimpled back and face. You can see the dimpling in the picture below. The Angel Poker cards slide together easily when shuffling, while the Casino Angel for Poker takes a bit more force. They are both, however, very easy to shuffle. Both cards feel nice, but they feel distinct from each another. The Casino Angel for Poker is almost certainly the same card stock as Club Poker, so if you've handled that you've probably handled the same card material. If you look at a picture of a box of Club Poker cards, it's subtitled Casino Angel for Poker. They are both cut to the same approximate dimensions, but there is a slight difference in the height of the cards between the two. The Angel Poker cards are also slightly thicker. These comparisons are all for new cards. I'm not sure how they compare once they're well used. I will say that my Angel Poker cards are still flat just sitting out on my desk, while my Kems warp even when stored the "right" way in my climate controlled house.

ill take angel green backs and also add to grand slam list

PM coming for some Angel setups--thank you for all the information in these posts

Do you still have Angel Poker setups? Green/brown I believe.
I do! I still have all varieties of Angels.

I also still have Fournier 2826 and the Dal Negro NTPs. For the NTPs, let's adjust the price down to $30. That's less than what I paid when I rolled the dice hoping they were 2-pip bridge jumbo as advertised, but hopefully somebody can take advantage of that and get the 4-pip setups into play. Another member here may have sourced some Dal Negro Grand Slams, and will sell them to me for $28 per setup. If that works out, I'll make those setups available to those on the interest list that also wanted other setups to combine shipping. I think that those that were just looking for Grand Slams have been taken care of, but if I missed something I'll try to put them in touch directly to avoid re-re-shipping unnecessarily. This would only be for a few setups, and that's assuming that they arrive safely, but I hope this will get more setups out there for PCF.

On the topic of shipping, I've learned more through discussions with members here. I can now do a little better in some circumstances. Depending on where you live in the US:

1-2 setups shipped Priority Mail for $7 to $9
3-4 setups shipped Priority Mail for $7 to $12
5-8 setups shipped Priority Mail for $14 to $15

I've also gained some experience with international shipping. If you need international shipping, we can discuss in PM.

On a less exciting note, I was recently informed that one of the cards in a deck of the red Angel 100% plastic was chipped. I don't know if Angel has a card exchange policy, but if this happened with a deck I sold to you let me know and I'll drop a replacement card in the mail for you. So long as it's not a systemic issue with a particular card, I think it makes sense to break up one deck to keep others alive. I've opened and played with a handful of the Angel 100% plastic decks without issue, so I hope this was just a one-off. Please do let me know if you encountered a similar issue though.

The Angel Poker setups are a different material. I haven't heard of them chipping, but I've also only handled a few of those decks personally so far. Mine are still as flat as the day I received them, so they're faring much better than Kems do in my particular environment.
