Have to agree with @BGinGA, I automatically think of nickels when I see red chips.$1 chips can be white, blue, yellow, black, beige, or grey. I prefer traditional white; yellow or black if using an alternate color scheme. Never been a big fan of blue dollars, although I love my 20th Centuries.
But not red, green, pink, or purple, please.
Im partial to Blue... just feels right

Yessir, all 43mm set. The 8V blue use to be Sunset Beach T5,000 chipWow!! Are these relabeled Paulson’s? Is that 8v chip 43mm?? Those are amazing!!
Also, sorry for the newbie questions!![]()
Fully support "British colours" thoughts @jr8719They are £1 rather than $1 but it still counts, right? I only went for pink because my OCD wouldn't allow the text to overlap the image. Normally I'd go for Blue. Never mind Cali or Standard colours, I'm claiming this as "British colours" now...
I could definitely get behind Welsh colours for a non white $1 / £1, that's for sure...Fully support "British colours" thoughts @jr8719
Agreed... I like your thinking. This is a great thread. Maybe I should introduce Cardi Colours for my home city of Cardiff, as opposed to Cali Colours?I think this needs to be a thing "oh I can't wait to get my hands on a British color set, a Welsh set, and the Australian colors are pretty great too."
More!Agreed... I like your thinking. This is a great thread. Maybe I should introduce Cardi Colours for my home city of Carfiff, as opposed to Cali Colours?
WAIT. THOSE ARNT WHITE??!
Did someone say Flamingo Blue!!!
I just realized I have a non-white $1 that I like, thought I’ll need a Paulson color expert to identify the color. (The chips on the left and right are just there to prove that this isn’t white.)

Very underated as a $1. Trying to work the same colour scheme as the Sahara dollar into a new set of mine, but it's a tough chip to integrate!Love the grey for the $1
