Very nice offerings!

I’m not entering as I don’t live in Europe - just listing a bonus EU hopeful country location for consideration.

Nice man!

Visit Aarhus in Denmark and after that go to the southern parts of Djursland not far from Aarhus. There you have amazing hikes in "Mols Bjerge" and you can also visit a small town called Ebeltoft. If you like craft beer you are in for a treat!

I am interested in Lot 2, 3, 4 and 5.

My wife visited Aarhus on a business trip once. She has fond memories of Aarhus and gets misty-eyed when she speaks of Copenhagen. She keeps saying she is going to take me there someday, but she has not yet. (wait...maybe she is trying to hint that I should take her there...hmmm...)

I would be interested in any lots with storage for chips! The biggest surprise for me was the French cities of Dijon and Gordes, in Provence. We stopped in the first one on the way, for a jar of the famous mustard, and I was unexpectedly amazed by the beauty of this city.

And the second one is on a cliff. It is very difficult to get to, a dangerous road, but it is worth it!

I've spent a lot of time around here - have ridden my bike through Gordes countless times. The entire area south of Mont Ventoux to Luberon is one of my "Happy Places." Worth an extended visit.

Hi,
i can highly recomment our beautyful mountain lakes in Switzerland!
Hiking up there, enjoy the stunning view and catch some fish is hard to beat.

Interested in Lot 3 and 7.
Thanks a lot!

Breathtaking! Alpine lakes are my happy place. I could give up beaches, deserts, and canyons if I could wake up everyday to that sight! I visited Walensee not too long ago - how you would compare it to the lakes you recommend? One thing I appreciate about Switzerland is how easy it is to camp and how many public firepits I ran into. Germany is a bit more restrictive on both accounts.

I feel like I have to recognize that Switzerland is not actually in the EU.

Fixed!

Beautiful! Thanks for the recommendation. I have not been to Albania yet, although I met many Albanians when I was living in Greece. All hardworking and they seemed to speak so many languages. I need to do a Balkans tour.

EU‘ish hahaa!
Walensee i remember as a long, dark and cold lake. I just know the place in Walenstadt - and would rate it ‚unspectacular‘.
Berner Oberland got a lot stunning lakes like Öschinensee and Engstlensee.

My wife is gloating. She wanted to include Gordes on a vacation we did recently but I nixed it because I did not want to drive that far south. It's almost like some sort of conspiracy that both of you are mentioning Gordes...hang on... @cpac54 and @maxim_666666, are either of you a 152 cm tall Latina woman with an incredible singing voice and an obsession with hiking who pretends to barely tolerate your husband's obsession with pokerchips while secretly maintaining a PCF secret identity and (I presume) a horde of chips hidden somewhere in your house? Cuz that would be awesome!

Oh boy... In that case, I'd best not tell you about the potential place I found for a future Swiss Meet-Up. :ninja:  :ROFLMAO:

Benagil, is a small and nice village in southern Portugal.
Good weather, beautiful beaches, and incredible food, and is close to the city of Portimão, which offers plenty of daytime and nighttime leisure options.

sign me up for lots. 4, 5 and 8.

That is an incredible natural formation! I have had a vague plan for years to fly to Lisbon, rent a car and drive south to Gibraltar. Never fleshed it out more than that. Now I have at least one more stop to consider the first time I visit Portugal. Thanks for sharing!

I am closing the entry for this giveaway. At 1600 Berlin time today (less than an hour) I will conduct the drawing of names. I will post each drawing lot one by one.

I will not be drawing the names from a hat, as I originally stated in the rules and conditions. I will instead draw the names from a beautiful seating chip bag (made by @Mrs Poker Zombie). Rest assured, this is a decision I do not take lightly. Likewise my previous decision to add playing cards to the giveaway after the giveaway began has also weighed heavily on my mind. To that end, I ran both of these rule changes by my legal counsel. (By legal counsel I mean a particularly sarcastic ChatGPT bot).

In a act of transparency, I am publishing that legal opinion below. See you at 1600.

Congratulations to the winners. Thank you all for participating and thank you all for the great travel suggestions!

Please PM me your address. Using the title of this giveaway. I plan to ship by DHL in about a week. I will get you an estimated shipping cost and payment instructions once I have a shipping address.

Swaps are fine, as long as both parties agree. After you come to an agreement, just both post here to confirm the arrangement.
