I did some organizing and have extras available (i.e., single offerings to multiples of some). Shipping costs are included in pricing and assume CONUS shipping FOB from my post office. I will certainly ship internationally for actual cost above the assumed $8 flat rate price. Payment via Venmo, cash at meet-up, or PayPal FF for international buyers (or G+S with buyer paying all fees). Purchase of multiple lots gets a combined shipping discount.
