More than happy to get the opinion from a site moderator. But as heavyball says the 5:55 would make 6:00 within the 5 minutes.
Also - I am of the opinion that a bid at 6 PM - is also valid. If the Moderator is willing to make a call - I would be happy to follow that decision. If the moderator says it is my call then I would accept all bids and the last bid would be the winner.

There was some discussion already and I don't think any one of us wants to intervene as that would go against rule #8 listed in the auctions that states "PCF (it's Owner, Admins, and Moderators) are in no way responsible for any actions in this auction."

My personal opinion is that the 5 minute rule as it reads can be unclear. I would like to see further clarification of the rule listed within each auction or perhaps a clarification made to the overall auction terms.

Since the time stamps don’t include seconds, only a screenshot taken right after the 6pm bid was made would show whether the bid was made “4 or 5 minutes ago” (“5 minutes ago” being too late). The bids could have been 5:55:13 and 6:00:56 OR 5:55:24 and 6:00:05. At this point and without the post 6pm bid screenshot, it’s impossible to tell definitively one way or the other.

So - I have had input from a few folks and I respect their input. In my opinion, the purpose of this site is to bring folks with a common goal together. I do not engage in collecting chips to make money and I am certain in the long run I have paid far more for chips then I have received.
I think the way the current rules are listed can be confusing. In this case - for me - there is actually an easy decision - since Bluegill bid at 5:55 ($110) and if bidding was open at 6:00 and there after - he would have won the auction at 6:04 with a bid of $160. - Bluegill wins - the question is only the price. I am willing to accept his 5:55 PM bid of $110 as the winning bid. Since this bid - does not meet the $140 option to purchase the other chips - that option is gone. However, I will let Bluegill buy the other chips for the $160 he bid at 6:04. I will also allow Bluegill to just - cancel if he wishes and let the second up person Mykl316 get these chips. - feel free to PM me
