Empress casino put the Primary and secondary chips in play, so they are all casino used. Well there are some secondary $5 that are new too, but not many.

That makes a lot more sense. I could have swore I saw some with squared minty edges at one point fetching a pretty penny.

As of now I have them proudly sitting in a case with some extra Horseshoe Cleveland's which make the combo a full cash set. I did buy a set of relabeled NexGens (relabeled as Empress) and another barrel of Paulson Empress $25s from @zo121179 on Tuesday. So, when they arrive I'll have a set of "Empress" chips that I can use while I patiently wait for people to realize that they want money more than they want their Empress $1s, 100s and 500s. Thankfully I am very patient. I might do some pictures when I get the box from zo121179.
