Cuban “Arroz con Pollo” with plantains.
Man I wish somebody would make me good plantains, I have never liked them because they've always been mushy or poor flavor
Mrs Clause herself made me a smokin’ crock pot stew this evening. Beef and Venison mixed with three types of potatoes and a bunch of great veggies. Broth was thick as cops coffee. I wish I had a picture but she can be a little camera shy. Great meal non-the-less though!
By the end of the meal I have to use a fork to get the rest of the burger

Last night was perfect for a fire. PZ decided it would also work for the cooking of the shrimp, pepper, spinach dish too. Very tasty served over pasta.
