Muaha in all fairness I was a guinea pig when I had it done 11 years ago. I can still smell it, the smell of burning hair was strong in your face when the laser reshapes your eye. So millions of surgeries later it cost way less. The paper work took over an hour both eye surgeries where 20 seconds. But yes I completely agree Groupon is not where I'm going to find Lasik..... To funny

I have some idea how clay chips are made, but this was not one of the production processes I knew about...

Maybe it's just a test(es) run and not production chips.

Get samples! Then wash them.
