I was able to score this lot of deckmates for a lower price. I have five of them and they appear dusty and roller are just okay but not superb like how i like it. Some Deckmates have lots of scratching on the corners due to table mount/dismount but easiest to fix with a can of paint.

Just to be clear, they’re being sold “as is” correct? I’m not concerned with cosmetics, but not sure what replacing the rollers would entail work or cost wise. Thanks!

Yes, they are price to sell at the current rollers condition but they are still fine and will shuffle. I've seen some a lot worst then this still shuffle fine. Rollers vary in cost if that's what you want to change out but once i get a video up. You will see that it still shuffles just fine.

If i purchased a roller kit through my vendor it usually runs about 800 dollars for the kit. It includes a lot more than just the rollers. It has new grippers, bearings, all rollers etc.

There are some rollers available on ebay that you can buy ala carte and would be at a significant lower price. Just search shuffle master rollers or deckmate rollers.

But again in its current condition it will still work fine I just won't advertise these as "new rollers" as I have to be upfront and justify my $4500 deckmate price tags when I sell those with new rollers or near prestine.

Feel free to take a read on my guide i wrote to help people self maintain their own shufflers.

There is info about rollers in there and if you got anymore questions feel free to ask.

Awesome! Very thorough answer and may be ideal for me. I’m working on a new table right now, so I need to decide which way I’m going on a shuffler soon. I definitely want a deckmate, as this new table will replace my current main table as the main. The shuffle tech tables can be relegated to MTT and side games. : D

I look forward to your videos!
