The lower prices are because this is just a hobby of mine working on shufflers. I dont have a store front or overhead cost so whatever I find them for I just pass along the savings.

I've bought two different models of shufflers from @minedelta

(Thinks for a moment) Oh wait, that was a lie.
I bought three.

One of them, I had a problem with the shipping: it was damaged in transit despite how much bubble wrap and cushions were lovingly placed around the shuffler.
We messaged each other and he made sure that my machine was operating at 100%. One broken part was a sensor. I sent it to him and he repaired himself.

He does a good job, he easily fixed it the day he received it and shipped it back the next day. I never had a problem with that shuffler since.

If you need to know anything about a DM1, I would consider @minedelta a world class expert. He even created a comprehensive guide in case you want to poke around inside the shuffler yourself.

Why the seemingly lower-than-usual price?

He could be charging the normal $5k if you want.
But he finds good deals on shufflers that someone wants to get rid of, or finds one in less than 100% working order and then fixes them himself.
As he said, he passes the savings on to whoever wants to buy a DM1.
