Buying a bunch of cheap ones is a good way to go... also, I find that some decks are slightly different sizes, and if you have lots of cheap cover cards, you can trim a few to match the decks. (The Bicycle Prestige run slightly narrower than, say Modiano, in poker size.)
But if you're going to be baller... custom-printed cards to go with your chip or poker room theme, whether in thick plastic or metal, are way cool.
