I called the vendor today. One set up charge so we don't have to worry about paying for more colors.

Discounts per bag are on a per color basis, not a total bags ordered basis.

I am going to leave ordering open until Thursday afternoon. I am going out of town Friday for volleyball so I want to get the order in before I leave.

If anyone has an idea on the best way to ship, please let me know. If not I'll probably take the easy way out with flat rate padded envelopes.
 
I bought my set post-boom, but any chance I can still purchase a green one as part of the GB?
 
Quote submitted. Couldn't place the order yet because it was making me chose between 25 or 50 bags of the color so now waiting to hear back.

We are about to head out of town for volleyball so it may be a few days with the weekend here.
 
New update. Waiting to hear back from vendor regarding order quanities. Website will only let me order in quanities of 25 so I've called to see if specific numbers to order is possible or not. I can't afford to eat the cost of 25 bags (We are at 36 and 34 currently)
 
I think what you meant to say is that there are formatting and design errors causing interminable delays in finalizing and submitting proofs for production but that you are working on it day and night...

Well shit.

Vendor confirmed orders can only be done in multiples of 25.

This is quite the pickle as we are at 36 and 24 which means we either need to lose 11 and 9 bags or add 14 and 16 respectively.

Anyone with suggestions on how to proceed?
 
Suggestion has been handled. Going to round up and there will be extra bags available. Feel free to post here as they will be available to ship from me until they arrive.
 
What about another design, e.g. Tangiers? Likely could get some more cross interest than an existing design to hit the exact 25x multiple.

At 50 bags, they are 6.50 each? If so I'm willing to take 2 of each to help out.

If that's the case, maybe some people would be able to help reach the next MOQ increment with a second design on one of the colors (say Lucky's on ebony)?

(Unless there's a separate setup fee that causes this to not make economic sense.)

I was told setup fee really just covers the time spent by the guy, so as long as a reasonable amount of designs should be OK.

Eh, who knows. They may have better clarified after I chatted, are airing on the side of caution (and on the side of them making more money), or liked me on the phone more than you. :ROFL: :ROFLMAO:

Probably worth just paying the amount unless someone ever tries to do a larger buy of custom designs.
