I don’t like using my cash chips for tourneys. The idea of a T5 tourney seems meh and also I don’t have enough $1ks, $5ks and such to make it “fun”.
Even the simple $ tilts me for tourney chips lol
However I do have lots of cash chips and racks of $100s and such. So my game can stretch big for cash standards…
Tonight we r doing a tournament but it could end up being a bit short handed. 6-8 players.
Came up with this idea…
Early nickname “Becoming a Pro”
The premise is you start w $5k in chips “your bankroll”
Levels start at $1-$2 NL
Then $2-$5 NL
$10-$20 LIMIT
Then $5-$10 NL
$5-$5-$10 PLO
Then $5-$10-$25 NL
Then $25-$25 PLO
Then $50-$100 NL
Then $100-$200 NL
Then $100-$200-$500 Round by Round
Winner take all
Blinds go up as you continue to go up “in stakes”
Rather than a perfect blind structure I picked the common stakes of cash games…
