If you play at most a couple times a week I’d think it’d hold up for a few months. If it’s used daily for hours per day, it probably wouldn’t last a month.

This is just my guess, of course.

A sharpie would work perfectly fine to fill in the missing pip. I write high and low on my jokers with sharpie and it lasts a very long time, probably just as long as the deck will last.

Are your jokers shuffled with the other cards? Was mostly worried about them marking the next card. Was going to test myself at some point.
