I have some racks I'd like to clean. Should I just put them on the top shelf of my dishwasher and call it a day? Thanks in advance

I would be worried about how abrasive dish soap is. It's acidic levels is why you don't use dish soap to wash your car. Find something not as abrasive.

True. Maybe just a wash without the soap then?
