Cleaning Ceramic Chips (2 Viewers)

I recently got a set of 500 ceramic chips(10.5g, Ancient Dragons. I bought them through a friend), and yesterday I somehow dropped my case, outside, onto wet asphalt. Now some of them are a bit chipped(oh well) but the main thing is that they feel a bit sandy now and not as smooth.
Any recommendations on what to do to fix this?

Mild soap and warm water. You can also use a soft bristle brush if needed.
