Im trying to see if there are any good affordable options on amazon for maybe sanding but definitely oiling my poker chips.

Why in the world would you sand poker chips?

Magic Eraser is what you want for cleaning, not sand paper. It is basically really fine grain soft sandpaper.

I've read about people sanding plastics with an extremely fine sandpaper, to try to make them less slippery. But you wouldn't oil plastic chips.

How does one edge restore chips? Is there a thread for it? I think Craig had his Lake Elsinore chips edge restored iirc

Im trying to set up a 5c-10c game for 6-10 people with a 25-50 dollar buy in. I've decided to purchase the majestic china clays from Apache since I have bought Monte Carlos from them previously for less serious, games that we haven't been using cash for. How many of each denomination should I be buying? I have attached what I think would probably work out, but I am not entirely sure. I am also deciding to buy the $100 plack and 25 100s for pure fun, since I'd really like to get my hands on a plack and I want to use the 100s for at desk shuffling, since I like how they look. I know there are a ton of chip tutorials on this forum but I haven't seen any that contain chips fo low denoms that include 5c, 25c and also the 50c and I am wondering if the 50c are necessary for a game with such low stakes.
China Clay is NOT CLAY and are closer to plastic instead.

Nope, u don't want to oil plastic chips. No benefit and you might even end up destorying some of the inlay during the process

I sanded my plastic matsui chips to make them less slippery. I would not try this with any other chips.

This is the mineral oil I use off of Amazon. Works great for both my poker chips and also to keep bambo chopping boards from warping and splitting.

I will say though, contrary to most people's opinions here on PCF, oiling plastics actually does have some benefit if you live somewhere dry as fuck like Arizona. Plastics here can dry out, even in your temperature controlled home. But, you use the oil very sparingly (little dab of oil on a microfiber cloth, not directly on the chip) and you take care to stay away from the inlay.

My TLDR;

Don’t sand any chip.

Don’t use magic eraser on plastic and ceramic chips, rather clean with wet paper towel gently.

Don’t scrub chip inlay with magic eraser, only scrub clay portion.

Up to you to oil.
