I have a porcelain tile floor. The tiles are strong...but I would like to protect it even more.
I can throw a rug down, but don't want to.

Has anyone found good floor protectors? I bought a set from amazon (silicone wrap with felt pads at the bottom),
They are ok...but when the chair is dragged around or sat on and scooted...the silicone wrap sort of slides down and may come off.
So far I've lost 2 or 3 (out of 40 on 10 chairs)...and am wondering if this is as good as it can be or if there is a better version to use?
If it matters, I have the fabric type Gassers with a square leg and round metal pad on the bottom.

I have a bunch of these. They seem to work well and you can wash them in your clothes washer.

Some felt pads from your local hardware store should do the job
They didn't last long. I think as they are slid over the grout spaces it catches and gets torn away slightly and eventually fall off.
Maybe if there are some with 3M adhesive...l

Another thought is get some spray adhesive, spray it in the silicone shoe and slide it on your chair leg. That might help it from sliding off
