Are you going to need Jedi speed to acquire a tournament set???
+1 I wish there was a way for @TheChipRoom to convey the difficulty or chance of getting anything on these sales. I realize numbers arent released, but it wouldn't harm sales to know your odds. Is this a Jack early bird sale or a Jack Regular sale level of sellout? Or maybe a scale of how many seconds it will sell out in - 5 seconds or 30 seconds?

Impossible to say. It depends on whether or not I advertise the sale to my past customer database. The more people the less opportunity. I think maybe this sale I will keep it between us and not advertise. I have over 4500 people in my database. Fair enough.

I agree. I hate trying to pull the cash together then getting shutout.

I agree completely. I've never actually been a part of a chip room sale but I've watched how quickly some sell out. In a perfect world I'd walk away from this sale with a large cash set and a smaller tourney set. But I'm sure the odds are not good!

Someone can fact check this but it looks like greektown (Jack) had/has 61 gaming tables and 13 poker tables? So...:nailbite:

The number of gaming tables would dictate more than the number of poker tables I would think. Even not in operation, each gaming table has a large number of chips in the tray. Whereas poker tables can have removable trays.

So which PCF sleuth can use the posted pallet picture to determine rough counts of chips? How many Paulson chips fit in one of the boxes? If one box is listed T500 tournament, how many chips is that? From there the Jack tournament numbers could be used to estimate all totals. As easy as that!

I have never participated in a @TheChipRoom sale, and likely never will. But I think that this is the most fair way for Jim to sell, other than maybe auctions. We have been down that road, and most did not like the auctions either.

Thanks for bringing such great chips to market, Jim.

Odds are definitely better for a cash set. The NCV chips will be offered in T2K and T10K sets only.
That's too bad, its what I expected, but of course those were the chips I liked!

Thank you for all the work you do to bring these chips to the community. I dont want you to take any of my comments as complaints, I realize there are only so many chips to go around.

Thanks for bringing these chips to the community, Jim!

I'm bowing out on this one. Nothing here beats the RHC Jacks I already have. One less crazy clicker to have to worry about. Instead, (cue music) I'm leaving on a jet plane....
