I share your sorrows, Jack! I do.

Thankfully, for my part, a great local chipper and friend who invites me to his games, scored a bunch of these. I'll at least get to peruse them in some form as of yet undetermined! I take comfort in this.

I'm also flat broke and one transaction away from having my chips and PayPal account audited by the boss...

Maybe that's a good thing.

That's my problem, too, kinda: do I pull the trigger on the Lady Luck now and create a mint secondary RHC set, or wait until I go to Vegas next year and harvest a second THC set at face value prices?

The Kash $100 chip doesn’t appear to be as black compared to a WTHC chip. what do you guys think.

The Lady Luck looks great, but I expect the $500 to be limited in quantity and therefore more expensive and very very difficult to get (by both % requirements and quick clicking).

I would think it would be immpossible to get enough to be a 5 in a cash set with decent breakdown.

Yeah, was just using the orange as a placeholder tbh... Although only need 60 x £5 chips in my cash game usually.
 
I wonder if the sale for cash chips will be as sets or individual denoms. With the Mexico chips it was impossible to get an entire set. I'm planning to attempt to get a 700 piece cash set. and if I can a 500 piece tourney set (not holding breath for it though). First chip room sale for me although I"ve watched several happen over the last year or two.

In the past a lot of sales have had cash chips sold as individual denoms BUT you need to meet percentage requirements (so only 10% of the set can be $500 chips, etc).

This makes it difficult as well as you need to add all chips to your cart and checkout before they are sold out. If one of the denoms sells out you need to edit your chips to match the % requirements with that denom removed. What this means is have a spreadsheet setup in advance with multiple plans so you can move quickly!

Oh man, complicated enough to require a spreadsheet huh?!? I'll have to check previous sales to get ideas of percentages. Initial thoughts was

100x50c
200x1
300x5
60x25
40x100

Always open to change though. Just plan to use it for 1/2 game with average buy in being 300.

I have to wonder how limited the 50c fracs will be. Like the higher denoms they usually have a % requirement that requires buying more chips in order to get a full rack. I imagine they will go very fast as well.
 
I'll gladly go In with someone to hit percentage requirements if that's allowed. Heck I wouldn't mind getting a 1000pc cash set. Sure would be nice to have about 5-10min to play with amounts and not have to worry. Those tourney sets are about to be gone in under a minute I bet.

He's doing pre-made T2k and T10k tourney sets. Cash breakdowns should be more reasonable this time and at bigger quantities in the higher end with just buying limits on them. Last sale was more of a bonus then a full on sale.
