Cash Game Travel Set (2 Viewers)

@DuffCal
I don't have an ideal set up for travel. Still working on it.

We played a 5c-10c game.... I think I would like to pare down the amount of chips I brought next time to one case. I brought two, just to be sure.

This is what I brought:
200 -5c
250 -25c
300 - $1
75 - $5
25 - $10

Haters will tell you 200 5cents is too much but Im certainly part of the 2 nickel rack gang, my players love the barrels.

Much like with guns - the small poker chip set that you DO carry with you beats the bigger set that you DON'T carry with you.

I heard this for camera/lenses but never for guns ahah.

I know it's not for a cash game, but my travel tournament set works with just 100 chips :

Works for up to 5 players :
Starting stacks of 8x25, 8x100, 3x500 (total 2500) on starting blinds 25-25 (100BB). Coloring up the 25 with the extra 500.

With less players, it adds more flexibility on the starting stacks.

For a cash set, I think it can work with 300 chips for up to 6 players. Example if need to buy by multiple of 25 :

0.25 x 75
1 x 125
5 x 75
25 x 25

This should be enough to cover 100BB deep games 25-25 (NL25) or 25-50 (NL50) for 6 players.

+1 with all the others saying 100 chips isn't doable. You really need mostly singles and fives to get this done. I would suggest this 200-chip breakdown that might be credible for a 6-max game.

60/100/40 of 1/5/25, bank of 1560.

6 initial buy ins of 10/13/5. Rebuys in fives and twenty-fives. Let 100-notes play.
