I store them in these clear card boxes that I got from Amazon. I like being able to see at a glance which cards are in there, and this other style of box (the freebies) the decks get all mixed up and it annoys me. First world problems.

The clear boxes also fit in my travel cases better too. And once I take the cards out, it becomes the bank.
