Well, retirement and moving into a new (smaller) place has made me sell yet another set. LOVED playing with gigantic starting stacks -- how cool to bet 1.5 million or more as the blinds moved along. For me, it was so much fun and just felt like you were one of "those folks" on TV. 
Back when I used to host a very large monthly game we'd often have a side group of those who went out early want to play, so I bought the Cash set. It was NEVER used or oiled up. The $5 Red chips still look a bit chalky. The High Roller set was used less than 10 times (probably 5) and for sure not even close to all of them were put in play.
I'd like to sell both sets as stand alones. I do realize few are a crazy as me and so I might be willing to split the High Roller Set up but that's not my first choice. I'm in no hurry to sell. Best as I can see these have been selling fine at roughly .50 each. I've got mine at .40 each so please don't offer me less than that. Considering you're getting the chips at a very good price and free Chipco racks (if you want them) ...I think my price is more than fair.
I also have 100 BOUNTY CHIPS I'd like to get rid off -- used them for some big fundraiser tournaments I used to do. Most have only seen play once or twice -- they are Chipco I think. Happy to toss in however many you want if you buy either set. For others? Make me a reasonable offer for the bounty or Show'em only. Prices firm for the CPS chips.
