Yep, it's "Hub" but the "trapezoidal" version. There's another near-identical version where the shapes are more squared off, shown here. I think the squarer ones are older.

My records show Mason & Co, 1920-1956. Probably made by Burt, but not sure about that (Mason would have been the exclusive distributor, possibly doing the hotstamps themselves)
