Not Mine Bud Jones V7's - (Was .32c/chip, Now .39c/chip) (1 Viewer)

I just ordered a handful, just to see if they're any different from the Borgata Bud Jones chips, and they're now priced at .39/10 Or Best Offer. I didn't make an offer - I have no problem paying $4 for 10 chips, but I suppose if you were buying racks, you could at least get them back to the original price.

I tried to make an offer back to the original price and it was denied. I suppose the seller knows they can get 39 cents (and probably could get even more), so why accept 32, ya know?

I offered .36/chip for 900 chips and was denied. So I only ordered 900 at the full price... I showed them!

I went back and ordered more today. Couldn't resist. I'm assuming we will never see Bud Jones chips at this price again?

Since others have posted since my early request and are also looking for larger quantities of $100s, I can really make due with only 5 chips to top off my set, if that's easier for any kind soul to spare me. Prefer 10 of them but beggars take what they can get.

I'm also willing to pay more than you did for them, if that helps gets things done...

Also, thank you @TheBigTater for passing this on. For a chipper who tends to have limited funds to play around with at any one time but who also happens to have a great fondness for BJ chips, (and who missed out on the Group Buys Which Shall Not be Named) being able to finally nab a set like this at this price really means a lot.

This is another example of why PCF is such a great place.

I got mine yesterday and they do seem to be in very good condition for casino chips. Still looking for hundreds if anyone has any to spare.

I'm in the same boat as others that missed round 1 on the hundreds.
looking for 2 barrels.

Now...are they easy to relabel? And who knows where I can get about 60 custom labels for cheap?

I removed labels from about 20 last night, they come off fairly easily with an exacto knife pried under the edge. Most came off cleanly, a few took a little extra peeling to get the white vinyl out from under the clear laminate. Now, do I feel like relabeling 1300 chips...?

As those of you ordered $5 receive you chips I'd be interested in know how many "Grand Opening" chips (please post) you got. Out of just over 1K $5's received I got exactly (1) "Grand Opening" chip. I know most "GO: or "Special Event" chips get snapped up by singles collectors so there may not have been many left when the rack was retired. Just trying to figure out how rare these things are.

Out of 800 $5s so far, I've got 0 special edition chips

Grabbed a quick 900 for a cash set - curious to see the condition of what I get.

I really like the inlay (@Tommy are these officially referred to as inlays or labels?) but I've lived in Washington almost my entire life so the symbolism and text has meaning to me, which likely makes me a bit biased but I'm 100% OK with that.

Tell me that's not all you got!?!

I wanted to see them in person first. Just picked up a set. (y)
