Hey fellow poker masters

I need help creating structure / starting stacks.

Set 1.

160x 100
100x 500
160x 1.000
60x 5.000
20x 25.000

Tournament for 8 people
Starting stack 30k ?

Tournament for 16 people ?

If we double that set

320x 100
200x 500
320x 1.000
120x 5.000
40x 25.000

Tournament for 8 people
16, 24, 32 ?

If it's NLHE, you can use the blinds structure of Poker After Dark, except you start with 30K rather than 20K.

It would make you start with M=100 which is quite nice.

100/200
150/300 (if you don't have 25 chips replace this level by 100/300)
-- remove 25 --
200/400
300/600
400/800
600/1200
800/1600
-- remove 100 --
1000/2000
1500/3000
-- remove 500 --
2000/4000
3000/6000
4000/8000

You can also add extra levels if required :

6000/12000
8000/16000
-- remove 1000 --
10000/20000
15000/30000
20000/40000
30000/60000
40000/80000
-- remove 5000 --
50000/100000
...

Set 1 is way enough for 8 players :
T100 x 20 = T2000
T500 x 10 = T5000
T1000 x 13 = T13000
T5000 x 2 = T10000

Total = T30K and you have per player 7K with 1000 chips for the colorup.

If you allow rentries, you can use 1 x T25K + 1 x T5K or 1 x T25K + 5 x T1000 (then colorup to be done with T5K).

For 16 players, you don't have enough T5000 for a T30K (but enough for T20K) :
10 x T100 = T1000
4 x T500 = T2000
7 x T1000 = T7000
2 x T5000 = T10000

Total = 20K

If you double your set, up-to 24 players will be fine with the first breakdown I gave here above (T30K).

For 32 players, you should use the second one (T20K).

My recommendation for one set :

50K starting stack

10 players 15/9/14/6
8 players 15/11/18/5

Not recommended:

16 players 12 players 10/6/11/2/1 and 6 players 10/6/6/3/1

I would start the blinds at 200-400

Twice the chips support twice the players

Have Fun
