I was playing poker tonight and one of the players I was talking with next to me was trying to tell me that Borgata changed the rules of their Bad Beat Jackpot. He told me they no longer pay the winner of the hand any part of the Jackpot, and also anyone else on the table does not get share of the jackpot. He said only the losing hand in the bad beat gets a percentage of the jackpot based on their hand in a chart in the link below. So whatever the total jackpot is can’t.be claimed all at once and then it resets like normally everywhere. He told me it was told to him these are new rules they implemented according to a dealer at one of the poker rooms and he shared me the link below. I don’t think what he told me is accurate. I think in the link below what they are talking about is a bonus on top of the Total Bad Beat Jackpot which still operates like all others. Can anyone confirm what I was told was true? Or did the person I think get bad information. I can’t see how they can collect money for a jackpot every hand and not have a way the total Jackpot can be awarded at once to a whole table.
