Bad beat jackpot (2 Viewers)

I’m from WA state, who doesn’t even allow online poker, so I’m sure the laws here are pretty restrictive. But sometimes you gotta gamble, right?
Even that gets complicated.

California doesn't allow online poker, but they allow home games.

WA definitely allows home games, as long as there’s no rake or house profit. I did look into it before I started my game because I having a gaming license and can’t risk my job for a home game.

I'm not sure poker chips count as class III, but if you can't purchase, the point is mute.

It was worth the shot though. :wtf:
In WA state table games are class III games and poker chips are the same as table games chips, so considered class III gaming equipment.

Maybe I can get someone else to smuggle them out for me though. Let me check with some of my dumber coworkers.
