Can anyone provide me a recommendation of where to stay and play (if at all) in the Blackhawk CO area. I'll be bouncing between Boulder and Breck and may possibly pop in if its worth it.

I looked into it briefly when I was trying to hunt down these fracs. Seems like some of the reviews were bit of a mixed bag for the actual casinos. I don’t think I found members that close (considered asking someone to go on a harvest mission). Probably still worth checking out if you’re close enough. GL!

Ameristar is probably your safest bet.

However, if you're going to be in Breckenridge already, you can easily day trip it to Blackhawk/Central City

Monarch Black Hawk has all the poker action when I look at Bravo but I haven’t been to any of them yet.

Monarch and Ameristar for cash games. Monarch has more tables/action, but @nitzilla
prefers Ameristar.

My wife went up for a ladies weekend, and really liked Monarch. They just remolded/rebranded the property like 5 years ago, and it’s really nice.

Bally’s for daily tournies.

All the dealers fucking hate the Amerastar now. Apparently they treat them like shit. So Monarch is the best bet now (from what I’ve heard)

Does anyone have a .25 chip (above) they I can buy?

Also, are these easy to get from the casino (single chip is fine) and what game do I have to play to plan to harvest one?

How do you harvest things from the casino?

If you only need 1 with inlay, I can ship this to ya, on the house of course. I’ve got a few spares

I harvested couple hundred few years back, but took me about ~10 trips over 5mo period to stay off their radar (only 2 tables handles them).

Funny story about that harvest - I asked my sister in law to help me grab some, and she obnoxiously blew my cover when she walked up to the table demanding 300 yellow chips, even yelling at the floor manager. Haha so embarrassing at the moment but hilarious now
