Needing Decor - Digital file to print with vinyl. (1 Viewer)

Looking for someone, or some place, to create / provide a digital file, that would allow for a vinyl print to be printed.

We have a window (Into a garage) beside the area where we play, that is 29" (H) x 39" (W).

At first thought of the classic dogs playing, but then messed around with AI, and need some help / guidance. So anyone able to be commissioned for a design? Or know of a place to locate digital files that would work?
