Yes, it's paper, but it's awesome Bee paper, the cards are incredible. I absolutely adore them. At this price, they're unbeatable. By the way, this isn't a Jumbo index, but rather, according to the USPCC, "improved graphics" TechArt. It's somewhere between Jumbo and Standard.

In the past I've just messaged after making my purchase and they've refunded me the difference in shipping to my US reshipper. When the sale goes live, pull the trigger immediately regardless of shipping cost, and sort it out once the dust settles.
