That's a good question. The chips used when the land-based casino finally opened in 1999 were the exact same chips used in 1995 when they temporarily opened. They have not changed as far as I can tell, but certainly they have had re-orders? But re-orders would be for primary floor chips, not secondaries. 1995 chips are very leaded. 1999 chips are somewhat leaded. All depends on color and date of manufacture. If the secondaries date to 1995, lead(Pb) is almost a certainty.

Does @TheChipRoom have any detail on what year the chips are from (and therefore whether they may or may not be leaded)?

Still depends on exact dimensions. Those are just nominal dimensions like a 2x4 isn't 2"x4" it's usually close to 3-1/2" x 1-1/2"
