Was there a consensus on whether the Harrah's $100 through $100K were leaded on not leaded? I thought the consensus was not leaded, but I'm not sure where that discussion took place. Or perhaps I just hallucinated the whole thing.

That's a good question. The chips used when the land-based casino finally opened in 1999 were the exact same chips used in 1995 when they temporarily opened. They have not changed as far as I can tell, but certainly they have had re-orders? But re-orders would be for primary floor chips, not secondaries. 1995 chips are very leaded. 1999 chips are somewhat leaded. All depends on color and date of manufacture. If the secondaries date to 1995, lead(Pb) is almost a certainty.

If the scale is correct, they are leaded/weighted. I’ve never seen any unleaded/unweighted 39mm Paulson over 10g.
Heaviest NAGB / FPV chips I have seen are 9.6-9.7

For reference, the Harrah's $100 and $500 both weigh more than RVCL $1s and $5s.
Either way, they are official casino weight

Did OK. Picked up a few racks of the Tachi's to add to what I already have. However, only got a few of the primary Pompano $5k. Would have liked a barrel or two.

I did encounter a few issues with PP having "merchant issues", but just kept re-doing and got all the Tachi's I was after.

Nothing else I really need. Debated on another tourney set, but already have a couple of the ceramic tourney sets - although the Pompano's are nice looking.

Yeah but he only weighed one chip. That doesn't meet my standards. And I'll match colors to the color sample set.

Haha about this time 2 years ago the mustard chips were attempted to be flipped for 3-4x the cost. The community did not take kindly to that!

FYI, this will be the policy on filling orders. We always combine shipping on all orders and that will remain our practice. All orders that contain Harrah's New Orleans chips will be shipped on December 18th. No partial shipping will be done.

I think what TCR means is that he is auto combining shipping costs for each person, so in that case all people that ordered Harrahs will not be able to receive their other chips, until Dec 18+ because he is not doing partial shipping.

Me overpaying doesn’t have much to do with ‘market’ pricing. I judge a chip and say to myself “Self, that’s worth ‘X dollars’”. It’s a very scientific process.
