I tried 3 different times to buy 1 single $4 chip and was turned down each time.
I also had my daughter go to the counter to ask them if she could buy 1 $4 chip for her grandfathers collection and they said NOPE.
A rack of these would be SICK

Played there for 3 days and never once did one of these $4 chips get touched by the dealer, or were ever used for anything. They just sat there saying a big ol F-You to me every time I looked at them.
