I would like to obtain one of these:

Because I now have one of these:

(See this thread and my post for more details about this chip)

I know nothing about this chip except what's posted on ChipGuide about it, which isn't much beyond the obvious. Issued 1992. Chipguide calls it "current" rather than "obsolete" but that seems kinda sus to me, considering how old it is. Does anyone know if this is still a live chip? If so, is it possible to get one at the casino? If so, is there anyone interested in harvesting one for me? If so, please reach out so we can discuss details.

I see ones, fives, and twenty-fives from Bally's Las Vegas on their house mold in this style (shaped inlays, etc) going for under five, ten, and fifty bucks respectively on eBay. I didn't see any listings for this hundo, though.

Has anyone seen this chip for sale? Anyone have any idea what it goes for? Anyone have any leads that I could pursue? This is my first entry into the singles market and I'd be very appreciative of any suggestions or tips you might have to share.

Thanks!

FYI, there's a listing on eBay where the seller is selling this chip because he forgot to cash it out before he left vegas. So I guess this is what the current live hundos look like. This is not the chip I'm interested in, though; I just thought seeing it here would be useful information.

I have 2 barrels, but I don’t want to make them uneven. But my source may have some singles left; let me reach out to him.

Just spoke to him. He has a single left. Asked him to send it to me, he said I could grab it at the convention this week.

GLWSearch! There's some back story on the chip board about this chip. Pretty uncommon
Thanks for the pointer! I'm reading some of those posts now, I think. It's hard to follow the conversation thanks to the horrible archiving software that they use.

I'm currently chuckling over a post in which a poker chip enthusiast is arguing with David Spragg about how poker chips are manufactured.

Bumping this. Thanks very much to @Windwalker for connecting to a source this weekend, but alas the source didn't come through as hoped, for reasons beyond anyone's control.

So, if anyone has one of these chips, or has any ideas of how I might find one, I would be very grateful for anything you could do to help.
