I can ask if you think it is worth pursuing, I thought it seemed quite high, I think I got something like 11% (but I'm bad at math)
I would check on it, personally. Probably just checked a box in error (or forgot to check a box). I guess it's entirely possible some law went into effect on June 1st. Worth exploring, for sure.

I just looked it up, and the sales tax rate in Antioch, CA (state plus local) is 9.25%. I think it was a mistake.
